Who Can Use These Services?
Extended Pharmacy Services are available to eligible patients who qualify for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand. Eligibility varies depending on the service and may include children under 14 years, women seeking emergency contraception, women aged 16–65 years with uncomplicated UTIs, and eligible whānau members.

What Services Are Available?
Our pharmacists can assess and provide treatment or advice for a range of common conditions, including pain and fever in children, dehydration requiring oral rehydration, conjunctivitis, head lice, scabies, emergency contraception, and uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs).

What Happens During Your Visit?
No appointment is required. Simply walk into VitaHub Pharmacy and speak with one of our trained pharmacists. During your private consultation, we'll assess your symptoms, recommend suitable treatment where appropriate, or refer you to a GP or urgent care if further medical attention is needed.

Costs & What You Should Know
Many Extended Pharmacy Services are funded or subsidised for eligible patients. Any applicable fees will be explained before treatment. All consultations are confidential, and if you're unsure about your eligibility or what to bring, our friendly team will be happy to help.
